Your Virtual Typist (YVT Services), transcription services and typing services, was developed with the soul purpose of serving others with excellence, commitment, and a desire to see our customers be successful in their lives.  We believe this will be achieved through YVT's quality work, superior work ethics, and a strong dedication to bring complete customer service satisfaction.

Our Company

YVT Services is owned an operated by a mother (Miriam) and daughter (Regina) team, located in Duluth, Minnesota, and founded in 2007.

Regina has worked in the office world for over 25 years.  Prior to staring YVT Services, Regina was involved in all phases of office operations, management, human resources, transcription, accounting, customer service, web design, and computers in a variety of businesses including printing, real estate, law office, internet, and State Agencies such as the Department of Corrections, and Department of Revenue.  She is a high school graduate and received her certification as a legal secretary.  Regina continues her education to keep up with today’s business technology.  Her transcription experience ranges from typing psychological and psychiatric reports, business documentation, multiple speaker interviews, manuals, just to name a few.

Miriam graduated from Trinity College in Deerfield, Illinois with a B.A. Degree in Communications and Interpersonal Relationships.  Her efforts have always shined with excellence, and revealed itself through the Dean's list and graduating Cum Laude of her class.  Miriam has over 25 years extensive experience in working with individuals, and families in teaching them the importance of communicating, and building relationships.  In addition, Miriam has established and conducted Workshops, Support Groups, Women's Conferences, Banquets, Resource Teaching, Retreats, and Bible Studies, and provided Biblical Guidance.  Miriam continues her education and works in the transcription world to provide accuracy, dependability, and delivery of timely work.  Her transcription experience includes multiple person interviews, motivational speeches, sermons, counseling reports, business correspondence, marketing materials, among others.
