What happens if I lose my gift certificate or it is stolen?

If a Your Virutal Typist gift certificate is lost or stolen, you may still redeem it by logging into your Paypal account or signing up at PayPal with the email address the gift certificate was sent to.

Once logged in, you can locate the gift certificate in the Redemption Gift Certificates and Points section of the Profile page.

Note: If a printed gift certificate is lost or stolen, you should contact us so that we can cancel the gift certificate and resend it. If it has been more than 60 days after the purchase, contact PayPal's customer support.
