Focus Groups involve meetings such as workshops, fourms, and roundtable discussions with more than three voicess.  The topics, may include research organization wokshops, product customer feedback, mystery shopper forums, market research sessions, product feedback focus groups, marketing round table discussions, and local authority meetings, cosmetic' focus groups.  This type of transcript is both challenging and requires more time to transcribe.  

The challenges presents itselft in a variety of ways.  Particpants in the group meetings express their feelings and thoughts by talking over one another and use somewhat animated or angry voices.  When this is mixed with any background noise, the art of transcribing becomes a hugh challenge.  Does this mean that we are unable to transcribe for your particular focus group, by no means.  We are prepared and commited to offer you an accurate and complete transcription service with a trained ear and  tunnel vision as the recording circumstances allow.
